Rates & Investment
Choosing therapy is both a personal and practical decision. This practice is intentionally designed for clients seeking focused, high-quality care rather than volume-based or insurance-driven therapy.
All services are private pay and provided through secure virtual sessions.
Good therapy is an investment and you ARE worth it.
Therapy Fees
Weekly Therapy
Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $300 per session
Weekly therapy is offered for clients seeking support for anxiety, panic, and nervous system stress responses using EMDR and other body-based approaches.
This work is:
Structured and goal-oriented
Designed to create meaningful relief, not endless processing
Best suited for clients who want depth and direction
Weekly availability is intentionally limited to ensure focused, consistent care.
EMDR Intensives
For some clients, a more concentrated format may be appropriate.
EMDR intensives are a short-term, focused option designed to create momentum when:
Weekly therapy feels too slow
Time or availability is limited
Anxiety or panic feels particularly stuck
Intensives are offered selectively and discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing and format details will be shared during consultation when appropriate.
Insurance & Payment
Mind Matters Mental Health Counseling is out of network with insurances.
Payment is due at the time of service. A credit or debit card is required to be kept on file.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request so you can pursue reimbursement directly with your insurance company.
A Note About Fit
This practice may be a good fit if you are:
Seeking anxiety or panic-focused therapy
Interested in EMDR or nervous-system-based work
Looking for purposeful, contained therapy rather than open-ended exploration
Able to attend weekday sessions during standard business hours
This practice may not be the right fit if you are:
Seeking long-term trauma processing or attachment-focused therapy
Looking primarily for CBT or skills-based treatment
In need of crisis-level or intensive support
Requiring evening or weekend appointments
Clear expectations help ensure the work is effective and respectful of everyone’s time.
Ready to take the next step?
If this approach feels aligned, the next step is to schedule a consultation to explore whether working together is a good fit.
